I think what Jpoore is talking about is trying to predict how the first round will actually play out.
If he had it his way though, he'd have Tua over Burrow, but he thinks Burrow will be the pick IRL.

Exactly. I’ve assumed the pick willl be burrow since the season ended, but until that day comes I will vehemently hope for tua Also make sure u fill a mock out!
