Just read Tua is all signed with Miami. 4 years with a 5th year option $30.28 million and a signing bonus of $19 million, all guaranteed.
Anyone wanna guess what Burrow will get?

Burrow is projected at 37m with 24 guaranteed...He is waiting to sign due to the COVID 19. The contract is pretty much done.

There's no guessing needed. All rookie deals are slotted. You can look up exactly how much his contract is worth, including the guaranteed amount.
The only thing that is negotiable is how they choose the anual pay structure.

There is no negotiation over the money anymore, it's a set amount for #1OA, #2 and so on down the line no matter you position.
