Starting rotation set - cinci4life - 07-08-2020 Sonny Gray will be the opening day starter followed by Castillo, Bauer, Miley, and Disco. https://www.daytondailynews.com/sports/david-bell-announces-opening-day-starter-for-cincinnati-reds/sYVue3W24Og8FsZzMQLqmO/?fbclid=IwAR27uyYbts08v2AICD-n8sqARHR7BDVj1nau3ZjeSu0XqiBcr7c23hjwtNg RE: Starting rotation set - Forever Spinning Vinyl - 07-08-2020 I have a feeling that Miley will not last a year in Cincy. He looked shot in Spring Training. I didn't see one time where he looked like he could get hitters out. Every inning looked like a struggle. RE: Starting rotation set - psychdoctor - 07-11-2020 This starting Rotation looks good on paper. Bauer is a hit or miss because he is experimental in his approach on the mound. I like this Antone kid but he has an uphill roster spot as a RP. Looked pretty good thus far in the scrimmage. He had TJ a couple years ago but showed some promise before surgery. RE: Starting rotation set - SunsetBengal - 07-12-2020 A little off topic, but Reds related. Joey Votto just gave the "Gentlemen, start yer engines" for the race at Kentucky Motor Speedway. What will they have 12 starts if everything goes as planned ? If he can be the 5th starter and get us 3 wins that wouldn't be to bad. |
