this seems odd.. I thought picks were awarded for losing players to keep teams competitive.
especially since its only for minority coaches?

Wtf. I had that ass backwards. Or they have it ass backwards. I thought you got a comp pick for hiring a minority head coach or GM. Did not realize the Ravens were over here winning the comp pick game again by losing a coach.
