WR I believe we had on the Practice squad for a year or two
He always seemed like a guy that could produce if given a shot just never really got one. (for whatever reason)

If the Bengals would have just kept him around. Rodgers would be happy and Chase wouldn't have been needed in round one.

GM should be fired if that is all Rodgers asked for and was denied imo.
Lots of nobodies have made rosters per being friends of the star player to keep them happy.
