RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - Big Boss - 10-07-2021 Really hard not to give up on the guy. Waynes is just an okay CB when healthy. RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - BengalsRocker - 10-07-2021 (10-07-2021, 06:51 PM)bengalguy71 Wrote: Tyler Eifert Nope. Not even close. RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - SunsetBengal - 10-07-2021 Not to sound cliche, but hamstring injuries are like that. They don't really heal, as long as you try to keep using them to their fullest. It's sad, as the Bengals are going to have nearly $30M invested into this guy over the past two seasons, with literally nothing to show for it.. RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - Spider - 10-07-2021 Can the team not just release him.. Not sure of his contract and what was guaranteed.. it almost seems like he doesnt want to work in Cincy and possibly play in the Nfl anymore I dunno..Pure speculation on my part RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - Gdale_Bengal - 10-07-2021 Trae free money Wayne’s. First round cb next year cuz this guy ain’t gonna play RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - Nicomo Cosca - 10-07-2021 (10-07-2021, 07:29 PM)Spider Wrote: Can the team not just release him.. We have a potential out after this season. It will cost 5 mil in dead cap. We’ll see how the rest of the season goes, but at this point the team has to at least be considering it. And I hope we draft a CB in the first couple rounds this year regardless what happens. RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - bengalfan74 - 10-07-2021 For the love of.... Thanks for reply Dead Cap means?? and if they did opt out in the offseason would you know what in total he made from this franchise.. Roughly? Talk about the perfect storm for Mr Waynes.. RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - GreenCornBengal - 10-07-2021 Doesn’t want to face his ol buddy Rodgers… Honestly I think the dude has just had terrible luck. RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - Au165 - 10-07-2021 It’s always weird how some people act as if a guys body giving out on him is somehow his fault. Like I’m sure when he signed his contract he wasn’t sitting around hoping he wouldn’t get to play football anymore. He probably planned to play another 5-7 years and get another contract along the way. It was a bad signing but not like he had a degenerative knee injury… RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - ShhhPieceful - 10-07-2021 Trae continues to Wane... If you're not on the field what difference does it make?!?! RE: Trae Waynes hurting again.... - bengalguy71 - 10-07-2021 (10-07-2021, 06:58 PM)BengalsRocker Wrote: Nope. Not even close. You're right. Eifert at least made it in for a few games! I don't care how good you are, if you can't play, it's a moot point. It all started with Greg Cook.
