Offsetting fouls on Nelson's Int - Devils Advocate - 11-02-2015 Maybe I'm remembering it wrong but I swear the ref used the term 'offsetting'. Unless he didn't, I don't understand how the ball was placed at the spot where Cinci's foul occurred. The definition of 'offsetting' means the fouls cancel each other out.
