Home vs Away - FastEddie - 12-20-2021
We should feel comfortable about the game coming up with the Ravens this weekend but it seems like the Bengals play better on the road. They are 3-4 at home but 5-2 away. I looked it up and in this weird year most of the top teams in the standings have more wins on the road than at home. Here's the list
Patriots Home 3 - 4 - 0 Away 6 - 1 - 0
Bengals Home 3 - 4 - 0 Away 5 - 2 - 0
Chargers Home 4 - 4 - 0 Away 4 - 2 - 0
Colts Home 4 - 4 - 0 Away 4 - 2 - 0
Cardinals Home 3 - 3 - 0 Away 7 - 1 - 0
Cowboys Home 4 - 2 - 0 Away 6 - 2 - 0
49ers Home 3 - 4 - 0 Away 5 - 2 - 0
Rams Home 4 - 2 - 0 Away 5 - 2 - 0
Saints Home 2 - 4 - 0 Away 5 - 3 - 0
The Packers and Buccaneers are the only teams who are decidedly better at home.
What happened to home field advantage? I felt good about the Bengals with 9 games left because 6 were at home, but they have lost 3 of their last 4 at home.
Man, I hope they get their stuff together for this one. Maybe the fact its a game for the AFCN title will light a fire.
