Seems like the more 'written in the stars' matchup. We know our story. The 49ers were down and out in Week 18, but have gone on an unlikely run. Nobody would've bet that we'd be here.
Either will be tough. Both have guys who can get to the QB so we definitely need to spend a lot of the next two weeks planning to mitigate that. On paper the Rams are loaded, but the Niners also have some of that 'underdog' vibe going on. Jimmy G isn't lighting it up, but guys like Deebo are dragging them through.
We play who we play. We get the fun of letting these two sweat it out for now, and then two weeks of anticipation. Bring it on.
