I don't think he does, don't remember seeing him with one. Some QB's don't I guess as it's harder to yell signals clearly. Seems risky, I don't know. Maybe cause they aren't in full contact like other players are on nearly every play? Lawson broke a tooth a couple years ago in a game with Bengals from not using one but he was a D lineman.

Many NFL QBs use clear mouth guards. It’s impossible to say if Joe specifically uses one, but I’d imagine that he does.

Come to think of it,I’ve never noticed him wearing a mouthpiece.Not sure,but you may be right.I’ll be watching a little closer now in tomorrow’s game.Would be risky not to wear one,but I could also see where it could be useful no wearing a mouthpiece as a Quarterback.
