PFN 7 Round Mock - BuildTheWall - 03-17-2023

Round 1, Pick 28: Michael Mayer, TE Notre Dame
Great all-around TE who can do it all. Best player on the board at the time.

Round 2, Pick 60: Blake Freeland, OT BYU
Great athletic and big-bodied tackle who can be the RT of the future.

Round 3, Pick 92: Jaylon Jones, CB Texas A&M
One of "my guys" this year, just as CTB was last year. He starts as a rotational/bench player, but with Awuzie being an impending FA after this year, he gets the chance to compete for a starting job next year.

Round 4, Pick 131: Tyjae Spears, RB Tulane
My favorite running back in the draft. Good value at this spot, take over for Mixon and .

Round 5, Pick 165: Nathaniel "Tank" Dell, WR Houston
More WR depth, and potential Boyd successor in the slot. Smaller in size, but productive and explosive. Can also return punts and kicks.

Round 6, Pick 206: Bryce Baringer, P Michigan State
For the brand. Nuff said.

Round 7, Pick 248: Hunter Luepke, FB North Dakota State
Battering ram power runner who can also block. I doubt it happens, but a FB would fit well with our new power-gap identity.

Yeah, this ended up being very O/ST-heavy, but that's how the board fell. Address defensive depth in FA.
