The Best Wings Ive Ever Had - WeezyBengal - 05-27-2015
I thought Knockback Nats in downtown Cincy had the best wings ever, until I had these. The funny part is, is that I made them myself. From the technique to the texture and taste, these wings are incredible. The only thing I did different from the video is that I grilled them (indirect heat) instead of baking them. They were AWESOME. I highly recommend you guys try these. They also arent deep fried, which makes them a healthier option.

Weezy, when I saw the thread title, I was totally prepared to say that the best wings ever, are homemade.

I've done those on my Green Egg, but used orange marmalade and Sriracha. Sticky as Hell, but quite tasty.
