Bengals rarely draft WRs under 6'. Jacob Cowing is 5'8.4 165lbs the last time they drafted anyone that small it was Mario Alford as a returner. I think they drafted a shorter receiver in Andre Smiths draft class too but like I said it doesn't happen often.
