With the disarray this defense is and making teams like the Panthers look like offensive juggernauts do you think the Ravens will score 42 or more against this Bengals defense especially with a missing or hurt Hendrickson?

The way the Ravens looked against Bills, would seem to point to yes, Over. But this is a divisional rivalry and the Bengals are running the ball well. This may be a high scoring game but I think the Bengals play differently against rivals and keeps the score under.

I doubt either team scores 40+ points. It's going to be a short game. Ravens will try to run the ball a lot, and that will burn the clock.

The line that I saw has the Bengals +4/Ravens -3.5 with the O/U set at 46 pts. Vegas seems to think that this will be a 24-21ish type of game. I see a rejuvenated Bengal offense putting up some points and forcing the Ravens out of their comfort zone, leaving them vulnerable to a timely INT by the Bengal defense. I take the under for this one.
