Injuries-week 10 - pally - 11-03-2024 Erick All-was walking without crutches in the locker room but Zac's quote was “I worry about it. I worry about it. I don’t have all the information yet but I’m concerned about it.” The biggest fear is that he tore the ACL in that right knee again BJ Hill- it was announced as a rib injury but he had his right arm in an apparent sling. It may have been a comfort thing to prevent too much movement in the rib cage Jermaine Burton-missing his brain. only time will tell if he recovers from this malady. Some figure it out, sadly far too many don't RE: Injuries-week 10 - Frank Booth - 11-03-2024 yea they took a risk with All knowing his knee history. Reared it's ugly head. I think its a bigger loss than people think. but thats mainly because the roster isnt good RE: Injuries-week 10 - Whacked - 11-03-2024 BJ only has 4 days to heal up !! We’re going to need him badly Thursday. RE: Injuries-week 10 - TecmoBengals - 11-03-2024 Bummer for All. RE: Injuries-week 10 - RunKijanaRun - 11-03-2024 Draft injury prone players and they normally…get injured. Sucks, but it is no surprise. RE: Injuries-week 10 - Au165 - 11-03-2024 (11-03-2024, 10:44 PM)RunKijanaRun Wrote: Draft injury prone players and they normally…get injured. Sucks, but it is no surprise. That’s factored in to where you get guys. Someone like Gronk for Instance should have been a first round pick but he had major injury concerns coming out. Sometimes it works out and you get a steal and other times it doesn’t. I think the board just shook out a certain way and that’s what they got. I will say, ACL injuries tend to be more circumstantial than any sort of predictive “injury prone” thing. RE: Injuries-week 10 - Frank Booth - 11-03-2024 Call me a negative Nancy, and feel free to give me crap for it, but with another injury to All’s knee, and Burton looking like a failure, it’s looking like another shaky draft class from Duke I get it, too early to tell etc.. RE: Injuries-week 10 - psychdoctor - 11-03-2024 I feel bad for All, good kid, and he was essential for the success on offense. This hurts. Still a role player, and we played well without him, one position where we have depth. Never thought a rookie getting injured like this would hurt this bad. Really like what Erick All put on the field this season. You never know about ACL's... Sure, I was leery about drafting Erick because of his injury history and I wanted a RB but the dude was a great pick from what he shown. Certain players are special and worth the risk. Erick All being one of them IMO. It was just Sample and All Yes sucks we lost depth but we ran well early in year actually without much from him and ran well after he got hurt, so we can overcome without him, Hudson actually had good blocking grades last season so hopefully he can fill in again like he did last year. We are better at TE than last season . RE: Injuries-week 10 - BurrowTheGoat - 11-04-2024 Seeing All go down with another ACL makes me wanna puke the kid gave everything he had every play. Quickly became one of my favorite players on the team. RE: Injuries-week 10 - RunKijanaRun - 11-04-2024 (11-03-2024, 11:00 PM)Au165 Wrote: That’s factored in to where you get guys. He's definitely going to be missed. What he added to the offense was much, much more than what showed up on the stat sheet. Hopefully it's just a sprain. |
