Game Day PS elevations - pally - 11-07-2024 4 tight ends on the active roster and they elevate one. Look for McLaclan to be a healthy scratch again
RE: Game Day PS elevations - TheLeonardLeap - 11-07-2024 I am going to start seriously wondering what the heck is wrong with McLachlan if he's 25-year-old draft pick that can't even get active over a Practice Squad UDFA player. RE: Game Day PS elevations - sandwedge - 11-07-2024 Grandy didn't look too bad in PS RE: Game Day PS elevations - Frank Booth - 11-07-2024 Nate is NOT happy about this RE: Game Day PS elevations - Synric - 11-07-2024 (11-07-2024, 03:39 PM)TheLeonardLeap Wrote: I am going to start seriously wondering what the heck is wrong with McLachlan if he's 25-year-old draft pick that can't even get active over a Practice Squad UDFA player. Cam Grandy is the only other guy on the roster that can play in-line besides Drew Sample and Erick All. Can't have Drew as the only TE-Y on game day. That's easy to answer, they needed a strong blocker for the 12 personnel sets, McLachlan isn't that strong of a blocker... Tanner Mac also was hurt and slowed at the beginning on the year, so he's always been a bit behind the 8-ball, development-wise. Regardless though, I agree with others that we need a blocking TE for an All replacement, if we're going to run the same plays. Plus, they didn't want to put him on the PS over fears he'd get poached. Like others said, have to replace what All brought to the table as an in line blocking TE. That isn't McLachlan. |
