#Bengals have waived WR Trenton Irwin and signed LB Shaka Heyward off the practice squad. Possibly related to Logan Wilson's injury.

Today we should have fired coaches and claimed a CB who was a first round pick last year. Emmanuel Forbes.
But na. Let’s replace a practice squad level player with another practice squad level player and keep doing what we are doing, which is losing.

Yeah, I would have liked to see them take a flier on Manny. I can only assume they didn't want to be forced to pay the guaranteed $. Most likely hoping he'd clear waivers so Was would be on the hook.
I can see why a team in the hunt would take the chance.
