First 3-round mock - Jpoore - 01-10-2025
Why so many simulators having mason graham there when we pick? Not even entertaining that…. Would love to trade back a few picks in the first round this year(love the mid round 2 players available) but based off just normal picks.
1. Cameron Williams T Texas- similar to mims last year, a player with limited starting experience, but has all the upside in the world. Most of the minor concerns stem from run game, but is expected to be a plug and play tackle. As we saw this year, we have 2 tackles with injury concerns/issues, plus brown is likely gone after this contract.
2. Donovan Jackson LG osu- PFF absolutely hates this player for some reason, but he would be an absolute steal in rd2. After 1st round pick Josh Simmons went down midway through season, and then backup LT, went down following week, all American LG Donovan Jackson was asked to play LT, and outside of first week has been stellar in that regard. He would immediately start at LG and would excel rather quickly. He’s an Ironman with 40 consecutive starts.(another player shooting for here is de jack sawyer)
3. DL Derrick Harmon Oregon- not to much to say about him, but he would fill a role as a rookie we have been missing since Larry o, a disruption. Very very quick off the snap, he lives as a disruptor. He does struggle with double teams, but in single pass rush reps, he dominates and disrupts games as a one man wrecking crew.

I like the 3 round mocks, for me I think we address some areas in FA, I think we resign:
Main Ones:
1) Gesicki (TE)
2) Hilton (CB)
3) Ford (T/G)
4) Herbert (RB)
Outside FA's:
1) Poona Ford (DT)
2) Dalton Risner (LG)
3) Chase Young (DE)
4) Devin Bush (LB)
5) Darius Slayton (WR)
Draft:
1) Nick Emmanwori- S (South Carolina) 6'3 225 big physical safety in the secondary./ traded back a few spots for a 3rd.
2) Tate Ratledge- G (Georgia) 6'6 320 starts at RG, solid protection on the interior line.
3) Bradyn Swinson- DE (LSU) 6'4 250, takes over the spot vacated by Hubbard, gives us solid DE rotational depth.
3b) Nick Singleton- RB (Penn ST) 6'0 225 perfect combo for chase brown and moves Herbert to #3 and KR.
