LB rated the worst, a D-. PFF is good to a point, but it isn't perfect by any means. I mean, what good is a grading system where when a guy get's a stalemate (technically a win on the play) worth a zero?? Their grading system seems to only reward dominance and heavily penalize plays when the player gets beat.
