Post Pre Draft Mock v1.0 - Okeana - 04-05-2016

24: R1P24
DE EMMANUEL OGBAH
OKLAHOMA STATE

This time around I valued a DE in the first because of the steep fall off after round 1. It essentially came down to Ogbah and Dodd. I like what I see out of Dodd, but Ogbah is a versatile player who can just get better with time. You can also kick him inside or outside on run packages because of his strength. Also because of his background and culture It just seemed like the right choice.

55: R2P24
DT VERNON BUTLER
LOUISIANA TECH

I like everything I see and hear about this kid. Great first step, power, and play. Why wouldn't you take him in round 2?

87: R3P24
WR PHAROH COOPER
SOUTH CAROLINA

Plays with toughness and I like his first name. That hair is also pretty dope.

122: R4P24
CB CYRUS JONES
ALABAMA

Developmental corner with punt return skills. I know nothing about this kid, but he does the titanic pose and was the best corner available in the 4th.

161: R5P22
WR KOLBY LISTENBEE
TCU

He handles rod as well as balls. He runs fast and that helps at the wide receiver position.

I love this. Going defense the first 2 rounds sounds like my type of draft and then getting good athletic WR's and a solid G/C, good job! Rock On

I'd be pretty much ecstatic if it fell out this way for us.  Getting a top notch DE and DT is definitely a priority for me.

I also liked the Cooper, Jones and Listenbee picks.

I doubt Butler is there at 55 or Cooper at 87.   But one can dream...
