The Medicine Bottle Says... - Nebuchadnezzar - 08-18-2016 ..."DO NOT TAKE WITH ASPIRIN". Does that mean you can take Ibuprofen or Tylenol? I know Ibuprofen and Aspirin are both NSAID's but the bottle doesn't say "Ibuprofen". I've just heard people say that Ibuprofen has Aspirin in it and I don't believe that's true and people are just confused about them both being NSAID's. RE: The Medicine Bottle Says... - Rotobeast - 08-18-2016 Aspirin slows clotting of blood (sometimes referred to a thinning), Ibuprofen and Tylenol have much less of that effect. (from what I read, anyway) Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk RE: The Medicine Bottle Says... - oncemoreuntothejimbreech - 08-18-2016 Ibuprofen doesn't have any aspirin in it. Ibuprofen is the generic name for Advil and Motrin. You can go to epocrates online multicheck to check for interactions.
