If they aren't ready now they never will be. The whole concept of "on/ahead of schedule" is as pathetic as "wait till next year".

He is a big part of the problem so if he wants out then I wouldn’t be upset about it. He needs to step up because he’s not playing all that great, either. Leading the league in INTs…
