Blame Taylor for his conservative play calls.
Blame Lou for not adjusting the defense to cover the one guy you need to defend in Kittle
Blame Phillips for the turnovers
Blame Chase for the drops that killed drives
Blame the OL for not creating running lanes or keeping Burrow protected
Blame Mixon for not getting any push on his runs
Blame Burrow for taking sacks and some poor throws.
Blame Bates for dropping the INT.
Outside of Higgins and Boyd and the DL, you can literally blame the entire team and coaching staff for this loss.
You can definitely remove Burrow from your list.

Joe B just got us to overtime and was driving and ZT took the game out of his hands. In all honesty with 2 straight runs it seemed as though ZT was playing for a FG thinking the D likely would make a stop.
We were already in FG range so what you're saying is he was playing to not get that Burrow pick per game. Burrow took a lot of sacks this game again, at least his picks didn't count.

and yeah kittle i guess is the best TE of all time. We always make good players look like GOATs. Even trash players look like GOATs (mike white). We have no adjustment capability, or it appears as if we don't adjust. It's like we're playing madden and they keep calling the same play over and over.

AL isn't going to be happy whatsoever.
They should officially rename the team Bungles. It's the most fitting nickname of all nicknames.

LOL. Look at that example. That's what's online.

I would argue that his Jacksonville game is better but that doesn't change the point of your post - he lit it up today. He had a couple of lucky bounces that saved him, but for the most part he was a stud.

We had a 3rd and 5 on the 19 and Burrow sack contrbuted to mcpherson's missed FG. No picks this game, great job Burrow. Let's try to stop the sacks somehow, someway.

The early INT that was negated by a hands to the face penalty and then another INT that doinked to Chase for a catch did actually happen. Bad throws, that the team got lucky on.
The yardage total looks nice, but he took sacks in critical spots. Have to either throw it away or try to run. Yes, the 300 + yards looks great but not his best overall game at all.

Quick slants, screens in behind the rush, bubble screens, the options are plenty we just don’t run them.

That doesnt change the facts today. Darius Phillips with not 1 but 2 muffed punts gifted the 49ers with points and in the NFL that speaks a high percentage chance of a loss.
The Phillips miscues def played its part, but Burrow and the Bungles were able to overcome them and were in a position to win the game until Taylor got a case of the stupids. There is no guarantee that passing the ball would have worked, but WHY run it on first and second down when the running game has been nowhere to be found all day and you were toasting them with the passing game....when a TD would have won the game? Why, all of a sudden, stop what was being very successful? Answer.......too chicken shit or too stupid.....take your choice

Give Burrow 3 shots in OT he gets 10 yards.
Fun fact: The Bengals have NEVER won an overtime game with a touchdown.

Ive seen many games this year where Burrow held the ball too long this was not 1 of them. Pretty much every sack he never had a chance

It actually would be amazing if the Bungles would actually run plays designed to burn aggressive pass rushes. There was a brief encouraging period a couple of weeks ago when they actually ran a couple of draws and ran a screen correctly and the results were eye opening - then they went right back to letting opposing DLs tee off.

Another interception that doinked to Chase?? That makes zero sense. If the defender would have caught the ball there wouldn't have been a doink to Chase....just like if Bates would have caught his missed interception it would have been a pick 6 and the game. An interception that is dropped isn't a missed anything
