Are you counting rushing yard in that yardage number? I think he only has something like 960 passing yards.

Ha…ONLY 960

Oops. Yeah it's 960 something. So the YPC is 14.3.

Just looked it up…971.

Also…

He is the ONLY NFL QB EVER to throw for 400+ yards, 4+ TDs, and 0 INTs in back to back weeks

That’s surprising. I would think it’s happened before.

Kind of a dumb question here… Do playoff stats add to your regular season stats? If chase has 14 TDs in the regular season and then gets a couple in the playoffs, are those added to his total? Just wondering if he can still catch Moss for TDs in his rookie season. Moss had 16, right?

They don't, no. Unless stated otherwise, records are referring to regular season.

Moss had 17, and they only count regular season numbers. It’s alright. 2nd place to Randy Moss is fine with me.

Next year at Christmas, I’m gonna let my kids know that Burrow just slings all of their presents from PBS and they just dime down the chimney.

The Santa/north pole/sleigh and reindeer thing is outdated, and Joe has already taken on a mythological status in my living room.

I think something clicked for Joe in the 2nd half of the 49ers game. He’s been good all season, but from that point his game has elevated. The last four weeks he’s probably been the best QB in the league.

Burrow has a strong enough arm - not a total cannon but sufficient. Where he is elite is touch and accuracy - he fits the ball into small spaces with what is looking more and more like deadly precision.

Intelligence, vision, anticipation, and ball placement.
