To be fair, the only problem on offense is the QB. It's a big problem, sure, but that's why I'd rather they pull Allen.

Backups have overall been okay on D but wildly inconsistent - 3 good drives two TERRIBLE ones.

Are you familiar with a depth chart?

Also, you have to pay players, the better they are the more you pay.  These a practice squad players. It will be ok.
