I work 9-5:30, get up around 7:30 or 8. 

Back in '93 when my twins were born, a couple weeks early, sleep became a myth due to the every 3 hrs around the clock feedings and then the all night cries (the kids, not me). After that went on for a few months, i would stay up because from 11pm to whenever was my only time to decompress from work and newborn twins, so i rando'd across a guitar world magazine one day at CVS and from that point, i'd practice my guitar from 11pm to 3am. After a couple years of that, i started using that time to tear computers apart and put them back together, learn all about computer and networking stuff, etc. Then after that it was a combination of guitar, computers and posting on internet message boards and chatrooms. 

Been doing 4 hrs sleep a night for 28 years. I'll get plenty of sleep after i'm dead.
