***(Wild Card) PLAYOFF GameDay Thread - Raiders @ Bengals***

I'm excited us Bengals fans are getting to watch a playoff game lead by Joe Burrow. I'm sure this thread will have hot takes as if we were drunk fans reacting in a bar or Monday Morning QBs espousing expertise. Either way, let's enjoy the thread and whatever people are posting.

We break the playoff curse today.

That said, This game makes me uncomfortable because how poorly we played against them until the last five minutes of the fourth quarter, and what they can do with just their front four. Good news is we are kind of paying with house money. I did not even expect us to sniff the playoffs until year three with Burrow and that was if he was even the same after injury. I've been more than pleasantly surprised with the Bengals this year.

In a few hours I'll ready myself with layer upon layer and head down 75.  Four times I've walked into a playoff game at PBS hopeful, and four times I've walked out disappointed, if not angry (Steelers games, natch).  The only thing about today of which I'm certain is, I'm going to need an altered sig at day's end, and I hope for the right reason.  

I hope that there is a gameday thread next week in which to post, but should that prove to not be the case, please allow me to say:

I've been feeling something like 34-17 or 34-20 Bengals all week. Not that I wouldn't take a one point win because I would do so joyfully.

Hoping to start this day off with a UK win over UT in Rupp, followed by a Bengal win, followed by a Steeler upset of the Chiefs. If I get that trifecta I will be one happy camper at bedtime. Go Cats, go Bengals, go Steelers !!!
