That's still moving, for a nearly #400 human. Anyone lucky enough to grab an interception off his QB would be well advised to just head straight for the sidelines, as the impact force from being blasted by a #400 man running top speed could be devastating.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

And if they don't actually run as much wide zone this year, Faalele's movement becomes less of a concern.
His sheer size, weight, and wingspan will make it difficult for defenders to get around him when pass rushing, and extremely difficult to move him.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

If I got my way this would be the Bengals’ next right tackle: Daniel Faalele, Minnesota, #78. He’s 6’9” tall, weighs in between 380 and 400 pounds, and he’s freakishly fast.
I know this is in the draft thread and I like this guy too, But, I hope with all my being our next RTis Collins versus any rookie,
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

Oh me too! When I first started this thread I had zero idea La’el Collins would even be available; he wasn’t even on my radar screen. Besides, I’m all for rebuilding the offensive line with proven vets vice rookies.

If Collins is added, I think Rd 3 will be prime pickens for a swing OT. A lot of guys I like in that role.
Abraham Lucas
Rasheed Walker
Nicholas Petit-Frere
Maybe Max Mitchell

Do you know the 10 yard and 20 yard splits? That always seemed more important for OL/DL.

Shh....don't say that name too loud. Somebody may show up to tell you that he is too soft and will never amount to anything

He's definitely more of a finesse OT right now, but he has a lot of good traits. He just needs some additional coaching.

Not as an OT.
Dude only has 32.375" arm length.
The only starting OT to have under 33" arm length in the NFL right now is Braden Smith.
I'm not taking the gamble that he's going to break the mold and stay at OT with his lack of length.
He could be a good guard though.
