Burrow Recruiting Collins
(03-19-2022, 08:38 PM)Nepa Wrote: Well, Deshaun Watson is getting 46 million a year, all guaranteed, and he has 22 women lined up suing him and is facing suspension. And the Browns wanted to help him out by making it just 1 million salary the first year so he doesn't suffer if suspended.

So, yeah, Burrow better get more than that.

The Browns had to back the Brinks truck up or he’d be a Saint or Falcon right now. Stafford getting that much at 34 years old kind of surprised me though.

Let's try to get it together Bengals fans. This is getting ridiculous... Let's talk about someone else. What's up with Reed? Do we want Reed or Larry O?

But Dallas gained $20 million in cap space when they traded Cooper.

It would not have worked that way with Collins.

I never watched much TV except when I was married my wife watched a few shows regularly.  "Lost" was one of them.  They tried to act like they wrapped everything at the end, but if you go back and follow the story from the beginning you see a lot of dead ends.  They were just writing cryptic, mysterious stuff without knowing how it would really end.

Larry O is one of the best 3Ts in the league, but he is damaged goods right now.

I will not be satisfied with a rookie starting at any position (especially drafting at #31), but I could live with one at back up DT.

Lost was an early example of JJ Abrams “mystery box” writing. It can work well but it REALLY needs the writer to know from the outset what is “in the box”. Abrams didn’t and the show fell apart because of it.

Hes been in town, what, since Thursday? He's interested.

Plus, Mixon has the same agent. I don't think he'd jerk the Bengals around.

Seriously, if that's the dude's real name, how insidiously cruel would Mr and Mrs Mehoff had to have been to name their son, Jack ?

SOA is indeed superior to Lost. Unfortunately Mayans MC is not up to that standard.

Huge fan, but it's nowhere near the same level as Breaking Bad, IMO.

I won't say either way. I don't know the guy or what motivates him.

I'm just going off of past experience to make a guess at something that "could" be happening.

It could also be something else. Usually if both sides fully agree, it doesn't take 3 days to get everything wrapped up.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

Doesn't matter, they WORK in Cincy, so pay taxes in Ohio. Work and live in FL, no taxes
