I would move a 5ht with a conditional 5 next year that is tied to him still being on the roster. With the trade occurring there is little downside as the guaranteed money would be eaten by the Giants, so if there was an issue we can move on for the cost of a 5th. He could easily be a punt returner and get 30-40 targets this year between rotation and potential minor injuries. If it works out he is the slot fo the future if it doesn't oh well.

He reported to the Giants' voluntary workouts. Not sure if that signals any change in the Giants desire to trade him.
