Carter is not a reach. As already shown upthread he carried a third round grade and was the best IDL on the board according to multiple sources.

Lance Zierlein had him as a 4th round grade.....it was a REACH.

I had Matthew Butler over this guy even. And Winfrey fell. Shoulda waited at least another round with Brooks being plan B if Carter was gone. Definitely a wtf pick
