Would he be an upgrade over Carman? Phillips has been hindered by injuries

If he is healthy I would be for bringing Phillips in...

Has vet experience and we need Guard depth. Would like to steal him from in the Division if he is good.

Not sure but I'm not filled with confidence by Adeniji or Prince either.

Tyre has been a solid reserve /starter for Baltimore the last couple years. He will catch on someone and probably play. I dont think he will make it to the Bengals on the wire.

He was claimed by the Giants
