Bad play calls on 1st and 2nd down contributed to that sack.
The Bengals tried 2 outside runs that relied on wrs blocking bigger guys to work.

I don’t think most Bengal fans understand good OL play. No one could blame them; we’ve never seen it.
The best OL in the history of the league couldn’t give Burrow enough time. He makes slow reads.

That was terrible play calling and lack of pocket awareness by Burrow on third down. They're not even challenging the Rats downfield.

With the way Burrow is staring down WRs and the direction of these calls all being East and west I’m not convinced the Bengals are even attempting to get yards right now

Play calling on that drive was atrocious. Both runs were very predictable by the motion pre snap. Sets up obvious pass and sack.
I would attack out of shotgun from here forward

If you know your O line is not good then wouldn’t you design plays to help slow the pass rush or wouldn’t you try to get the ball out quick if you were the QB. Zac and Burrow killing this offense
