***Week 10 GameDay Thread - Texans @ Bengals***

or ya know...Boyd can catch an easy touchdown pass

you can tell who has an agenda here when they ignore a dropped touchdown pass for the lead, and instead blame the 2 calls before it

bottom line, Boyd had the game won, it was a great call, and a good throw by burrow. Boyd dropped the touchdown

I’d wasn’t a perfect pass, could have been a little lower but Boyd got both hands on it. Should have made the catch.

…and don’t forget Trenton Irwin had one in his hands too in the corner of the end zone.

for his life to make/extend plays...

It's weird. Time those plays out and you see Burrow holding the ball and holding the ball on a lot of them. Two of the sacks he held the ball for over 4 seconds before anything happened - he has to get rid of it better. Even on the Chase TD he held it for over 4 seconds before the pressure came in and he scrambled out. Part of this was poor play design, part was Burrow holding the ball too long and part was indeed the OL not blocking well.

A team without their #1 WR, their starting RB, a rookie Qb. and a rookie Head Coach came in and dominated a “Super Bowl” caliber team on the road. If Houston doesn’t have 3 turnovers (two being very questionable/very lucky) this is the 3rd blowout loss of the season for the Bengals.

This team is LIGHT YEARS away from having a Super Bowl caliber defense.

Most definitely Boyd dropped an easily catchable pass, a pass that Chase and Higgins would have easily caught.

Stroud is really good, Bengals offense didnt help at all today. Constant 3 and outs take a big toll on your defense

Run game sucked, and frankly, burrow sucked

Huh??  The defense sucked from their very first series, and it continued all day save a scarce decent play here and there.  You could bring in a top collegiate defensive backfield and they would do better that Cincinnati's backfield.

If Boyd would have high stepped it into the end zone on that pass play near the end of regulation he would have had a TD.  Shoestring tackle kept him out.

And it was downhill from there. How many times did the D line chase Stroud out of the pocket, only for him to find someone wide open 25 yards downfield?
