Welcome Jermaine Burton!

Probably, but I wonder if when cuts are made if they won't let him change it back. These are pretty much practice numbers for the rookies.

He makes an over the shoulder catch at mid-field for about 50 yards in one of his clips. I didn't see it used in this article, but it's one hell of a catch. He has to completely turn to the opposite shoulder of his momentum, track it, and slow down to catch it. It really shows how well he concentrates on the ball mid-flight.

That is a rare gift when you can track the ball that well that is for sure. I think Burrow has a good one here in Jermaine.

Does he still have those traits in a game situation, to those college watchers?

For sure, that is what Coach was watching in Jermaine's breakdown. He is great at making catches in tight situations with the Corner
draped on him. Jermaine Burton is fantastic at tracking the ball. I think Burrow is going to love this guy.

I know I was vocal about my displeasure of drafting Burton given his altercation with the female Vol fan. but I was willing to give him a chance because TJ vouched for him and he's showed up to all off-season workouts, But that was before I saw this:

I may count this myself during the season

But i would bet money we are man-blitzed less than 7 times ALL SEASON when Chase and Burton are on the field together. I just can’t think of any team ballsy enough to run a zero with them out there.

Burton may help the sack numbers just by existing while Jamarr Chase is on the field. I never thought about that. I wonder how many times Randy Moss’s teams got blitzed in comparison to other teams of that era

I don't remember seeing it that much on the undefeated year with the Pats except for when they played the Giants both times and they realized the only way to beat them was with a pass rush so Brady wouldn't have all day and Moss couldn't just run deep.

No disrespect to you but I don't think the Bengals O scares anybody. And Chase is currently standing on the sidelines holding towels and walking around.
