The Browns didn't put him on NFI, he was placed on the commissioner's exempt list by the league. Rashee Rice is kind of in limbo as supposedly the DA is working on a Non prosecution agreement to help the victims in their civil suit pursuit. The Commissioners exempt list doesn't even require legal charges to be filed to be placed on it.


My issue is after Ruggs killed someone driving like an idiot the league continues to look at reckless driving and DUI as not that big of a deal. It would be nice for the league to treat it as seriously as they do things like domestic violence, but they don't because it doesn't create the same time of enablement backlash.

It took the NFL almost 2 years to suspend Alvin Kamara 3 games for gang stomping a guy. The plea and final charges weigh heavly in their desicion.

Cool. Davis has real NFL experience in the slot and I thought Cochran was our best OT in preseason that did not make the 53. 

We need a DE, a real NT, QB3, RB4, and C3 for sure. If we skimp at any spit on the PS, it will probably be TE (we carried 5) or DT (we carried 5 + Jackson) or S.

I though Collins played fairly well in PS. Though he is certainly not a big back.

Evans was RB4 and he hardly ever played and was almost always inactive. We don't carry a FB (which ticks me off). We hardly ever run 2 back sets (which ticks me off). And Sample is an h-back.

I think having 3 on the roster is just fine.

has to be for the 53 for a waiver claim.  Waiver claims must be on the active roster for at least 1 week.

Cool, I like these players from what I saw of them this Preseason. Especially Jalen Davis for backup Slot in case Hilton gets banged up at anytime.

I like it, needed a healthy End and KJ was the End that sacked and hurt Brissette in the last Preseason game.

Hopefully Domenique Davis can get healthy while on the PS, always liked this guy and he is a Nose Tackle that not only can stop the 
run but rush the passer as well. Good player.

I can't believe they saw something in Woodside. That just seems lazy. He's the reason we don't know what we have with these ps receivers.
