Our last few drafts haven't been that great.

Not been too impressed with any of our recent drafts. We drafted Jackson Carman in round 2 for crying out loud.

I have been completely unimpressed by him. No matter where they put him he’s been a liability.

He was a bust since day 1. Where is everyone saying our D is so improved bc we have Rankins, bell and Stone. LMAO. This D is awful. Gave up 140 yards to Stevenson. Pacheko will put up 180. Ravens will go 200+.

We’re the worst team in the division again. Considering our hopes were a SB win, the season is over. That’s not happening. The ONLY thing that would change my opinion is beating KC next week. And I give that about a 5% chance of happening. You don’t lose at home, to Brisset. This is a QB driven league. Our team is so bad that it makes Joe Burrow look bad

Been saying it since they drafted him. He’s awful.

Have never hated 2 Bengals picks more than Dax Hill and Jackson Carmen. Well, also hated the Cedric O/Eric Fisher draft.

Hill is terrible in man to man and misses many, many tackles. Seems to always be lost in coverage.

These CBs have been so disappointing since the ML days.

The concerning thing is he beat Turner out this preseason. That doesn’t give me much confidence in Turner either

Has Taylor really hit on a single non-Burrow or Chase draft pick besides Tee? Maybe CTB and Logan Wilson if we’re being generous. Duke and Zac really need to start hitting on some of these picks after paying Burrow. And the one they did actually hit on in Tee they won’t even pay. Fun times.

Was he the one that allowed Stevenson to dog walk him for the final first down?

No, that was CTB.

But Hill missed that play pike 3-4 times.

We are just soft. We don't run it well. We don't tackle well. We don't get contested balls well. And ZT has no real guts.

It is not week 1. It is year 5. I have seen enough.

Where was all the motion?

It's a short list. You can add McPherson to the successful column.

No. I try to tell everyone this every year and I get laughed at. Our drafts have been awful lately. This team was built on free agency.

Same jackass who wasted a 2nd on Drew Sample, traded up for Ryanfinley, took Myles Murphy, refuses to do anything creative or on the fly to go get a player they desperately need.

Still, the bungles org will never find anyone better.

You gotta remember the practice play ends on the touch

So if you don’t have to actually tackle Dax probably looks insane in practice

I don’t think soft means you get in there and let a guy drag you for 5 yards.

Least he jumped in there and was willing to risk getting dragged.

Soft means he doesn’t even get in those interactions cause he’s afraid of getting drug.

I think what you mean is we just aren’t very good. We’ve got hardworking, tough mofos, they just aren’t that good.

Hilton is great but there’s a reason we’re likely moving on from him. Aside from the occasionally flashy TFL he’s not special. CTB decent at coverage but he’s actually trended downward on that since last year and only an average tackler and average ball skills. Nothing super special.

Logan Wilson, great in coverage but too bad he plays linebacker and not safety. Cause aside from nice coverage i don’t recognize him.

I dont know why some of our fans keep claiming CTB is some pro bowl level type CB.  He is good and makes some plays but he also makes many bad plays.  On that final 1st down, he was more interested in trying to strip the ball instead of just making the tackle.  Bad decision making on his part.
