I'm all for keeping Chase and Tee...

But, I severely doubt the front office and coaches can win with 2 or 3 players taking up a lot of the cap.

They'll have to rely more on rookies and young guys and need scheme and coaching.

I'm skeptical they can do it. I hope they can. But, look at our struggles now.

This would be great except for the "scheme and coaching" requirement.

Jessie Bates left the Bengals and that makes me sad!

At this point why keep either?
They can lose to a sorry Pats team with or without them so let the Brown family keep more of their $.

Exactly. MB has dodged a bullet. And I’m sure Burrows play since signing hasn’t helped. Buyers remorse will make you gun shy to break the bank again.

We still have line issues for our statue QB that doesn't like to roll out to make up for the deficit although when he did do it the one time today it was a big completion SO it's back to Frank needs to go because Zac or whoever is calling the plays can't scheme our "elite" receivers to get open.

This has been a problem the entire time he has been here - small windows and then the receiver gets tackled right away. Very little YAC overall. Not saying never but 7-10 the receiver gets hit right away. That little swing pass out to the RB never works here either while I watch other NFL teams do it all the time with great success.

Zac and Frank aren't good coaches.

In today's NFL you need good coaches (scheme), a good QB, Good lines, and decent/good receivers rather than "elite" because they take up too much $ nowadays. I mean a good QB is already taking insane numbers. It isn't wise to tie all of that cap into 2 players just to sell Chase jerseys.

Also, we will be a one stop rental for average veterans looking to bounce back because they know they don't have a future here because again, no money.
