People are going to be literally 10 seconds or a play ahead, I don't know how well voice will work lol. My dad was texting me and he was definitely 20 seconds ahead, saying things like "Now what??? Lamar will score in 1 minute." when Burrow still had the ball lol.

If you're in highlight heaven discord they have like 10,000 people and in big games they'll have hundreds of people typing at the same time with slowdown enabled, it still has people ahead.

The discord I was on yesterday was text and there was no one acting remotely similar to the way most do on the G-Day

I think you’d enjoy it, Stewy. It’s all text chat and it is a pretty rational group. It’s significantly better than what goes on in the Gameday Thread.

Ok I misunderstood.  Someone mentioned the advantage of discord being voice and that is what I was reacting to.

Yeah, there’s a voice option available but no one ever uses it. Way too impractical. It’s basically just a live chat room.
