Now that our defensive line is healthy, I'm really liking our outlook for the rest of the season because they looked damn good!
BJ Hill specifically looked good but I also was impressed with Hendrickson's play, as well the rest of the defensive line.
To me, our defensive line is the main factor in our success this year because, if we can stop the run and get to the passer, we can outscore anyone and teams won't be able to run the ball to keep our offense off the field.
Our pass blocking was rough but the Giants do have a solid pass rushing defense. We need to improve in that area because we will play other teams with good pass rushes.
Bottom line is that I'm liking our outlook because we're back healthy and I feel like we're clicking on all cylinders.
We do need to eliminate the mental mistakes and the unforced and forced errors, like Moss's fumble in their territory.
Anyways, I'm liking our outlook!

It is looking way better after last night's win that is for sure. We need to be able to slow down the Stains running game though,
which is always hard for us to do and I heard they are getting back Nick Chubb which is frightening. I do like our pass rush now
that Hubbard is somewhat healthy and Murphy is starting to show some good stuff.
McKinnley Jackson made some nice stops last night and had 3 pressures and Kris Jenkins always looks pretty good.
BJ Hill was dominant last night.
Don't look now but our weakness may have turned into a strength, we will see.

1. BJ Hill brought his A-game.
2. Hilton not only had a great game, but I feel like his football IQ, maturity and leadership presence are needed.

They looked better, but not playoff team better. We are far from where we need or want to be. I want to see 2-3 games where we dominate convincingly before I go out on that limb and say we look damn good.

Were you guys watching the same game I was? They were lucky to win it. They looked sloppy and unorganized at times, the O line was getting manhandled, Burrow nearly had a concussion, Zac's strange play calls again, the Giants showing no respect for the D going for a 1st on nearly every 4th down play and converting most times and QB Jones running at will doesn't inspire lots of confidence to me. Yes, the D played better but it is 1 win and they are still in a deep hole.

And for a huge man did you see how quickly McKinnley Jackson moved running after a Giants receiver who had taken a short pass and was motoring downfield? I think a lot of men that size would have just stood and let the LBs and DBs make the tackle. But he was running full speed after the receiver. He didn't get there in time to make the tackle, but he was right there when the tackle was made. Seems Jackson has quite a motor.

It was a positive step in the right direction, still plenty of room for growth and development, particularly when it comes to stopping the run. As good as they looked in moments, they looked just as bad in a few moments as well. Hey, at least it wasn't 60 minutes of suck this time..
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

We're not stupid. We notice things. But nobody really takes you serious because your glass is 3/4ths empty. The Vegas spread on this game was 3.5. You know why? Because they are all professionals. You know, every given Sunday? The Giants may not be great, but they have won some games.
I get it, I really do. I've been pissy about their performance this year too. But, when they deserve some credit, I'll give it to them. Had the offense come out last night and put up 38 pts, I would be a lot happier, but they didn't. Yet, we won by 10 and I won cash. AND, my balls didn't shrink from severe depression. It's a win-win.

I do agree that the DL looked dramatically better, and obvious being at full strength for the first time this season was a factor. Tackling also improved a lot. That said they still take too long in the secondary to flow to the play. It's a work in progress - these are major first steps.

GDT was hilarious, I read 1 page and couldn't take anymore. Already wanting to tank for the next draft..

No surprise.
Now you have: Hill, Rankins, Jenkins, and Jackson. With Murphy back on the outside and Hubbard healthier.
Before, you had: Carter, Tufele, Guy, + a PS guy. With Hubbard hobbled and Murphy out.
IDK how good they are/will be, but there has to be some improvement.

If Jones didn’t throw the ridiculous interception, it’s a different game. I thought they looked pretty bad.

The one the defense forced him into?

Yep. The Giants had a ton of injuries including their top wr. You play who they put on the field, but let's see them do it against the Browns.
Our offense was shaky. There was a couple times Burrow seemed to freeze up under pressure and he got hit hard.

Many of us have said it. We hardly ever lose when we play well in the trenches. But Tee is the best possession receiver it seems in the NFL. Andre Isovias continues to factor. The fumbles concerning.Joe’s wrist is not 100%. But this team can get there but it’s not a given. Are they Super Bowl level? I don’t think the secondary or run game are.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

The mental gymnastics some will go through to crap on a win is astounding.

I had a response all typed and ready to post but I realize it isn't worth the effort. There are some intelligent posters here but there sure are a lot of "frauds" as well, too many actually.
