Not many nfl qb throw that ball up for grabs. They could have had a fg.

PFF has them ranked as the 22nd best offensive line unit. ESPN has them as the 17th best for pass rush win rate and 15th best for run block win rate.

While there will always be some level of opinion, I'm not sure how you can say their OL is good. Andrew Thomas is good.

Why do you have to cut every post down I make?

All I mean is they are professionals and a rookie DT doing well against starters is a good sign FFS...

And yes, Andrew Thomas is good.

D-line is still an issue. No pass rush outside of Hendrickson. B.J Hill probably played with a chip on his shoulder, so I wouldn't expect his flashs to continue.

Issue won't start being addressed until the offseason. It is what it is. Need to look at how they look at talent in the trenches, because they're drafting poorly on both sides.

Because they are all professionals. You know, every given Sunday? The Giants may not be great, but they have won some games.

I get it, I really do. I've been pissy about their performance this year too. But, when they deserve some credit, I'll give it to them. Had the offense come out last night and put up 38 pts, I would be a lot happier, but they didn't. Yet, we won by 10 and I won cash. AND, my balls didn't shrink from severe depression. It's a win-win.

We're on our second consecutive season where the team has performed well below expectations and you're talking about being mad about someone being 3/4ths empty?

Per his interview he was trying to throw it out of the back of the endzone and got hit in process. He didn't just toss it up for grabs.

The defense made a play, something they haven't been doing.

Absolutely correct. Cinci. D has been chewed up by plenty of OL's that aren't real good so anytime you can dominate, penetrate or get the better of any OL consistently in a game in this league is a win. The NFL is /has been a transparent league and you're only as good or bad as your last game. NY was a laughing stock last year and early this year, yet, they dominate both the Browns and Seattle physically OTR and all of a sudden with 2 wins in a row they're the league's hot topic.

Sunday's game was an excellent W for them and without a Chase huge drop late in the 1st half with room to run and the Moss fumble it's probably a more convincing win.

Why do you say things that are blatantly false or you say things but mean something else? Saying the Giants have a good offensive line is not anywhere close to "they are professionals" lol.

You say incorrect things, I "cut you down" by presenting factual information, then you claim you meant something completely different from what you said. Either say what you mean, or start with facts.

I remember that (that's a big reason why I made this thread), but I was shocked at how well they played!

Spot on Higgy. Giants dominated 2 teams in the Browns and Seahawks who were pretty formidable last season. For our Defense to
actually make a stand and show good improvement against them is only a good thing, no need to talk down the win.

Our outlook is that we are currently 2 games under 0.500 and have 5 games to play in our division. These games are tough even when we look better on paper, something I'm not sure about even if our defense improves. The rest of our schedule should result in more wins than losses.
As for the DL, the Browns have given up 31 sacks this year. They will double either Trey or BJ all game. Let's see what we can do. If the DL doesn't come together (become average) by the end of the year, any postseason is gonna be ugly.

Yes, that one. The ball that was never going to be caught by a Giant. That is the one.
