It's time

Bengals need new leadership....current coaching regime has ran it's course and it's time for a change ASAP. If not they're gonna continue to waste Burrow's best years.

I simultaneously agree and also feel that no matter who comes into this place they'll inevitably fall square on their ass. Call it being cursed, snakebitten, or whatever....there's something about this organization that will always and forever fall short. The people and names honestly don't matter at this point, imo.

The sad thing is Bengals FO don't have a problem letting their best players go but hang on to coaching with dear life.

I mean can you blame them it takes alot of work and research to find a great head coach Ninja

remember when Brown finally let go of Lewis and said after Zac's first two year's "Well this is what you wanted, now live with it" (to fans in not so many words, and then ended it with "We are bullish on Zac")

Zac Taylor is 40-49-1. This would get anyone else sacked or at least on the hot seat.

He lost the team today

Multiple outlets reported that players looked very dejected today after the game

One said the players looked like how players loon when they lose in the playoffs

It’s just too much asking players to climb out of a 3 game hole every damn season

Zac need to go

If someone wanted to argue that he hasn’t won a single game because of his coaching I’d listen to it

Maybe. But changing whoever is responsible for the miserable drafting of players would be a good start.

Watch out Housh. I remember a fan cult group came out and challenged everyone and gave negative reputation points on who was against him.

That group was called ...

Now we have another cult group who says, but but he brought us to two AFC Championships and a Superbowl.

That group is called the ...

If I had a dollar for every time a fan on this message board asserted our HCs had "lost the team" I'd be able to take tomorrow off work (I make ALOT).

The Roster has way too many flaws(particularly on defense) for anyone to think this is a championship caliber team. To me that's more on the front office than the coaching staff. I think we can win a championship if the FO grew some balls and made a couple of trades. With that being said we know that won't happen.

Jessie Bates left the Bengals and that makes me sad!
