You have to trust the back end is and other linemen are going to do their job and try to stay in front of him.  If he pulls up and throws it, so be it. Make sure he steps out or cuts back in towards your teammates to clean it up.

But in all seriousness, I've never cared if runs are obvious.  Great teams impose their will in the trenches and open the hole even when everyone knows that is going to be the play.
