The Switch has a decent library on their Online service, but it's a paid subscription. The Wii and Wii U had better Virtual Consoles that I imagine have shut down by now.

They shut down the Wii stores earlier this year.

Looking forward to this one.  Are the old ones worth going back to visit?

I'm enjoying it so far, but it's a bit rough on the edges. It needs some patches for sure for balancing in game and technical issues. Even on the highest end PCs its a system hogger right now.

But no crashes yet, and I'm on Series X. We're pretty sure on Performance mode it's like in that 40-50 some range, but definitely not 60 smooth. On Quality mode maybe 30 sh or so. Also seems to be an issue with drift on controlllers for lots of folks.

Yeah I definitely would. I think I am going to stop and wait for patches after latest bug I just encounter. This bug is a big one, as it's a dialogue bug for a main quest. When speaking to  to this NPC, it goes into an infinite loop without triggering the next part of the dialogue by the NPC. Only way out is to quit game thru xbox homescreen as it won't even let me to the menu.

Other issues I have more than anything though are balancing issues between item weight management, stamina drain, lack of viable fast travel system, repair costs from wear and tear of weapons and gear. These all combine together to make it way more frustrating than strategically fun.

As of now, as much as I hate to say it, I can't give this game more than a 6/10 in it's current state. But I do think it has a solid 8/10 potential after enough patches, and hopefully one day moddiing is allowed on Xbox like Fallout 4 allows.

What is the longest pre-order you've waited on? My brother bought me a pre-order for Vampires The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 during the covid year lol.
