Need a guy like Vrabke to change the entire culture of this franchise. Someone tough who focuses on defense and physicality because they are soft. Let Tee go and focus on OL/DL only. Get tougher and you will still be good enough at the skill positions.

Defense and special teams. You can’t win with only 1 out of the 3 phases playing well. You need at least 2.
