The Official Bengals Board Fantasy Football League

And one of the QBs that did play threw the ball way too much in the monsoon instead of letting my running back cook.

Shanahan has been real stupid this year with how much Purdy has thrown the ball. It's almost like he's trying to help get him paid.

I'm happy Ocho Cinco has put up some wins. He and Tecmo had a ton of points scored against them, which is just bad luck. Ocho never quit, and is showing the last 6 weeks or so that he did have a good team. I've been in last, and I wanted to end on a winning streak but had a hard time, so Ocho ending with Wins is some good NO QUIT that he can be proud of.

I'm glad I had a bye week, because I ended up in hospital with kidney stone surgery, so the last thing on my mind was who to start. Good Doctors have me up and running again. However I am NOT fooled by the bye week. I know there are no easy Play-Off Games. I know I could be One and Done. Any of the remaining teams could win our Super Bowl. I am glad I finally made it to The Play-Offs after all my lousy seasons in this league. At least I showed I'm not as bad at Fantasy Sports as my other years made me look. I think the best thing I did going into draft was saying, I want a WR in One, and a RB in Two or Three, but in Two or Three I want Josh Allen, because he puts up points and my teams last few years didn't put up points. Josh Allen is the reason I finally made this leagues Play-Offs. He added points to my teams that never scored points in past years. I still think dropping the Paul Brown image and trying better luck using my dogs image was worth trying to end a Jinx on me. My dogs picture did do better than Paul Browns picture. After all my losing, I was willing to try anything, including changing team name and changing team picture.

There is only one acceptable outcome this week:

OK then.  I lost Montgomery who made me solid at RB with Mixon.  I will miss Montgomery and so will Detroit Lions.   I did add Browns Ford, but I don't plan on using him against our Bengals.  Well, not unless I have to.

Besides the 4 teams left, I like the teams in the compensation tourney.  Ocho Cinco had a ton of points scored on him like you Tecmo, but Ocho has been beating teams the last 2 months.  All 12 teams still look tough to me.

Of course I am in with a tough team this weekend in Harley Dog and you have a rough game with Kermit if I'm not mistaken Tecmo.  Now the year you won Tecmo, you had Chase and Kupp on way to Rams vs Bengals Super Bowl putting up 40 point games in our League Play-Offs.   It comes down to who gets HOT and also LUCKY and players putting up Huge Games like You Had when You Won in 2021.

I know it's still December and we are wrapped up in Football.  Come March we will be back in Baseball with Coach McNeil.  I think I have to Keep Aaron Judge.  Maybe Keep De La Cruz if I have him.   That means I won't get a pick until Round 3.  Oh well, We are still very much into Football.

I was changing my lineup on my phone hours ago and somehow benched my RB who scored a TD tonight.

Oops!

I left 11 points on the bench tonight also.  I like the rookie Chargers top pick #1 WR that I have, but Chargers QB came in banged up and Denver can play AFC West tough.  Anyway, his 11 points left on my bench.  I just hope the players I used instead get the job done, because I'm up against a tough team in these Fantasy Play-Offs.

I also dropped my back-up QB Tua because I needed help at another position.  If he doesn't get hurt, I will be playing Josh Allen this week and next week if I make Championship, so Tua just riding the pines for me.  There are other QB's if Allen would get injured, but I needed help at a position beside QB this week.  I then saw the team I play this week will probably be adding a QB to start this week, so I hope I didn't give him the sword to stab me with. He can't start Winston who Cleveland is benching.  Well, he could if he wants Zero QB points.  He has Tua, Rodgers to choose from, but that Bears QB looks like possible points also.  Harley Dog will make a move and come at me with points.  I still had to drop Tua to get help at another position.

I didn't intend to bench Gus as I have no RB1. I used my phone to bench Kamara for his backup and must have fat thumbed Gus to the bench. It sucks, he scored 19 points and I have 0 starting RB to replace him.

You have moves to slip a RB in that blank spot.  I won't say what they are, because you and Kermit are in this. but you have chess moves with your roster..  I have my hands full enough with a very tough Harley Dog coming my way.

They won't be putting up a 20 like Gus, but it's my own fault. It's all good though as I enjoy playing FF with everyone in this league.

Well, my team probably will put up the Yahoo projected 115 points or more.  However Harley Dog went off and scored around 145 points. So congrats to him. Unless Tecmo pulls off a miracle, it looks like Kermit vs Harley Dog in our Super Bowl.  Both are good teams, so either team could win.  I'm glad I made play-offs my first time instead of my usual around last place.  I'm just glad my team put up some points and it's just a case Harley Dog got too HOT to be beaten.

I'll give it my all in the consolation game next week.  In football, there is NO QUIT.   Which reminds me Our BENGALS won and Swept The Battle for Ohio this year.  A nice touch would be beating Denver and Pittsburgh and finishing with a winning record, play-offs or not.  Again, the NO QUIT in football.

I was right about something. We had four 9-5 teams and four 7-7 teams. I said the four 7-7 teams were tough and the four teams under 7-7 were tough also.  Harley Dog putting up close to 150 points on his way to this leagues Super Bowl proves that, and so does how tough Ocho Cinco team has been the last 2 months.  Nobody ever quit, and it was a good, tough league.  I hate it in Fantasy when somebody quits.  They leave and it's an easy win each week for whoever plays that team, but it weakens and cheats the league.  Nothing like that in this league, every team played it tough.  Take it from me who had a 9-5 record, I just got clobbered by 7-7 Harley Dog who is now in our Super Bowl.
