PFF Jan. 25 Prospect Rankings
#1
I thought you had to subscribe, but I was able to pull these for 2025 draft rankings from PFF.

https://www.pff.com/draft/big-board?season=2025

It is one more example of how the different sites evaluate talent. They have 1st round OT's ranked in round 3 for example.

Booker ranked 65th (early round 3)

I like of the Consensus Big Board is more than 1 source, but their method seems to be use mock drafts from a ton of sites.

I can see why teams miss on 1st and 2nd round picks.

2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

Thanks for posting. FWIW, if you use the arrows at the bottom, you can keep scrolling thru the list well beyond 25.

How do they have Riley Leonard, Quinn Ewers and Kyle McCord rated higher than Will Howard?

Yeah, OL prospects especially will be all over the place, I fear.  It's a product of it being such a poor OL class.  Some draft sites will project guys where they think teams will reach for them and others will project them where they actually rank compared to their peers.  Most of these guys would go a lot lower in a normal OL class.  Same with WR.  On the flip side, going to be a lot of DE's and DT's that would go a lot higher in a typical class that will fall based on how stacked those positions are.

This is a very good list, this one and Jeremiahs finally dont try to force Ward and Shedur to the top of the list.
However, Nolen is underrated here. I'm telling you guys, hes going to be a star. Unreal short area quickness

I've been hearing Booker will climb as we get closer to Draft Day.
While he may not be the most athletic tester, he may be the safest OG to be a solid starter based on his college career at Alabama.

It's interesting to see PFF doesn't have a Guard listed prior to 65th overall.
That's very unlikely to happen where a Guard isn't taken within the first 2 rounds.

I will say though, if Bengals can get Donovan Jackson or Tyler Booker on Day 2, and take a defensive player or pass catcher in Rd 1, I'd probably jump at that scenario.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Donovan Jackson announced that he's returning to Ohio St. for his Senior year. A lackluster OL draft class just lost one.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Oh...well poo.

Was that just announced this morning?
I just tried Googling and I don't see anything popping up about it.

I saw it on the Columbus news at 5:30 this morning. It was pretty official, they had a news crew there and he said it on camera.

Kinda crazy to return after just winning a National Championship, showing off your ability to play LT, and having an arguably week (I)OL class.

Maybe he really wants to show his ability to be a stud LT at the college level in hopes of going early 1st round next year.

Agreed, I think that he wants to be focused on as LT next season.

I was hoping he was an option. OL is going to be interesting this draft. It may be similar to the year Bengals drafted Jonah Williams with 11th pick and first OL to come off the board. Or teams may reach.

My guess is he did not like the answer he got from the draft advisory panel.

Another year at LT and he should be solidly in 1st round consideration if he performs well.

That is one of the many highly questionable rankings for me. The interesting part if PFF actually watches film and does rankings. I question if places like CBS sports draft site does much homework.

Either Kenneth Grant or T.Williams would go a long way in fixing the IDL.
