RIP Gene Hackman

Rest in peace Mr. Hackman. One of my favorite actors of all time.

He was 95, and more details to come on how he passed. He was found with his wife 64 and dog who also had died, though no foul play is suspected so far as investigation is ongoing.

Did you know he enlisted in the Marines at 16, and served in the China theater from 47 to 52. Then used GI bill to get into Illinois which eventually led to acting. Amazing life he had.

One of the best! RIP. Michelle Trachtenberg passed away yesterday at 39 from natural causes. She recently had a liver transplant and there might have been complications.

almost sounds like carbon monoxide poisoning    if everyone/thing in the house was dead

My initial thoughts, but two other dogs were alive.

bottle of pills next to wife in bathroom, hackman in mudroom sunglasses near him and front door was open or ajar? and they were starting to mummify so they likely were there for 2 months or so...sad and very strange. TOX screen should provide the real reason

Pieces seem to be fitting together.  Hackman's wife died 1st, and he was left secluded and too vulnerable to survive.
