OFFICIAL BENGAL BOARD MOCK CHALLENGE-MARCH
#1
March Month challenge is up. TJ Houshmanzadeh shiny shoes won February. Same rules. You are to conduct a draft for the Bengals using 1 of 3 sites that are listed below. The rules now allow you to post up to 3 (one draft from each of the 3 sites) per month, and the winner or winners will receive accolades, and be adorned with rep points.

Trades are allowed. Make sure you list which draft site you use when you post your draft. Excited
Good luck!

Here is my draft buzz draft for March. I added Ladd McConkey for trading back with Chargers in round 1. This draft is designed to build the trenches at guard for a long time. I also got a very good WR, TE and running back. On defense arguably the best atjletic big safety in the draft and a LB. My last pick is an OT as he was highest ranked on the board and can hopefully backup our 2 starters in 2025 while he develops.

Obviously, we would have to use FA to bring in vets on defense. My plan is to gain 26 million in cap space by trading Tee Higgins, but keeping Trey Hendrickson. I did not add the at least 2nd and 4th round picks Tee would bring and would be used on defense.

So, used Draft Buzz on this.  Traded Hendrickson to Detroit for their 2-3-4 and marveled at how bad their AI is ...

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Here is mine (Mock Draft Database):

(17) DT Kenneth Grant (michigan)

(49) G Donovan Jackson (Ohio State)

(81) G Tate Ratledge (Georgia)

(118) Edge Bradyn Swinson (LSU)

(154) RB Trevor Etienne (Georgia)

(195) CB Tommi Hill (Nebraska)

I still haven't been able to figure out how to add a picture on this site.

Grant is a good selection at Nose Tackle. I do think edge is more likely and DT could be adressed in FA. But Grant is the best option for us at Nose Tackle in the draft.

The value of the guards dropping to me in the 2nd/3rd was a no brainer. I don't see this happening but I think we get one in that range for sure.

I think there are good edge prospects like Swinson in the middle of the draft.

I like Etienne as a similar back to Chase Brown. Great backup that fits this offense.

Tommi Hill had a plantar fasciitis issue this year and missed 6 games. Otherwise he is a good fit for zone and in run support.

**Edit: I thought my draft was unrealistic with the players likely not falling this way in real life.. The whole thread seems this way. That's mock draft sites for you I guess.

I like this one a lot as it seems to hit all the needs and a couple of trade backs (fleecing the Ravens in particular) allows us to double dip with our day 3 picks and so increase the chances of hitting.
