I'm pretty sure you're thinking of a "person" named Tia. That tigerblood guy started a site as the mothership was going down and Tia was one of his characters. That site had the live chat at the top. 

Then he posted something about how he was doing it all for a book, etc etc. He had several alts that had different personalities.

No not that mess.  Lmao. Trina Ann started a different one . And she was real and cool.   Bengals dark.  Something like that. The Bengal thing was on it and some others.  It was active for a while and wasn't part of the Doc thing
